Performance Diver is looking for a new addition to it's team, in the role of Manager.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the business, including retail and SCUBA diving activities, staffing requirements and adherence to compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, a history of achieving targets, computer literacy with social media experience as well as being a 'people person'.
You will need to be able to think quickly on your feet, motivate your team to achieve and manage multiple tasks at once all while providing exceptional customer service at all times. Regular weekend work is a requirement of this role.
Preference will be given to applicants who are qualified SCUBA divers or instructors. Applicants must have the right to work in NZ.
